This project once again shows that our KEMPERDUR LASI load-securing coating can meet all requirements: The coating was used on a motorbike trailer. The highest level of safety is required when transporting the valuable two-wheelers. So it was exactly the right decision to use the DEKRA-certified coating, which has been proven to increase the coefficients of friction. 

In the case of trailers or flatbed trucks with an aluminium floor, it should also be noted that the metal surface of the trailer must also be prepared accordingly - i.e. it must be thoroughly cleaned and abraded to guarantee perfect adhesion In addition, our KEMPERTEC EP-5 Primer was applied.

In addition, two different special beddings were used for this special case: The area where the motorbikes are loaded and secured was strewn with the fine bedding KEMPERDUR LASI Filler F0510 the running shoe area with the coarse KEMPERDUR LASI Filler R1020. 

Now the trailer can be used for transporting motorbikes without hesitation.
