KEMPERATOR – Efficiency and precision in flat roof waterproofing

The new KEMPERATOR is an innovative laying machine that makes it much easier to process KEMPEROL 2K-PUR, KEMPEROL 1K-SF, KEMPEROL PU Aqua and KEMPEROL V 210 M / BR M on large surfaces. The KEMPERATOR has been specially further developed and optimized for use on flat roofs and parking levels with an area of 500 m² or more.

The new KEMPERATOR is the only laying machine of its kind for fleece-reinforced liquid waterproofing and now impresses with a new, powerful drive and motor. This technical advancement makes the new KEMPERATOR even more robust and efficient in daily use on the construction site.

 Important data:

✓ Processing with KEMPEROL 2K-PUR, KEMPEROL 1K-SF, KEMPEROL PU AQUA and KEMPEROL V 210 M is possible 

✓ extra-long fleece strips enable up to 100 m² to be applied in one piece without interruption.

The solution for waterproofing large surfaces

With the KEMPERATOR, we offer a modern and cost-effective solution for carrying out waterproofing work on large surfaces economically and to a high quality.

It is easy and simple to use:

  1. Clamp the fleece roll.
  2. Pour KEMPEROL into the tray through the filling funnel.
  3. Lower KEMPERATOR and drive off.

When passing through the machine, the reinforcing fleece is thoroughly saturated with KEMPEROL, passed through the roller system and applied to the surface without bubbles. Another advantage: The speed of the KEMPERATOR can be increased in stages. This allows the speed to be individually adjusted to the conditions.
