Die DEG Dach-Fassade-Holz eG aus Fuldabrück hat unsere KEMPERDUR LASI Beschichtung auf Herz und Nieren getestet. Mitte Mai 2019 wurde hier ein Auslieferungsfahrzeug beschichtet und im laufenden Geschäft überprüft.

DEG Dach-Fassade-Holz eG from Fuldabrück has put our KEMPERDUR LASI coating through its paces. In mid-May 2019, a delivery vehicle was coated here and checked during ongoing business.

Why did you decide to use the KEMPERDUR LASI load securing coating?
Our vehicle was coated for test purposes to see if this would be an option for future vehicles.
When was your delivery vehicle ready for use again?
We were able to use our vehicle again as usual on the third day.
Have you had any problems with conventional loading technology in the past? If so, what were they?
Especially the high consumption of anti-slip mats was very problematic.
Did you notice any changes in your workflow with KEMPERDUR LASI?
Especially the faster loading was a great relief for us. This also includes the fact that without attaching anti-slip mats, climbing up and down is no longer necessary.
What were the advantages of using KEMPERDUR LASI?
You no longer need anti-slip mats, which speeds up the loading process considerably. Time that can be put to good use elsewhere. In addition, the goods sit absolutely securely, shifting a pallet by hand is impossible.
Would you recommend KEMPERDUR LASI to others?
Yes, especially for loading and unloading on both sides of the forklift or for use with a crane, the product can be recommended without reservation!
What is your conclusion about this product?
KEMPERDUR LASI is perfect for supporting load securing and I would like to use this on every vehicle in the future.

Weshalb haben Sie sich für die Ladungssicherungs-Beschichtung KEMPERDUR LASI entschieden?
Unser Fahrzeug wurde zu Testzwecken beschichtet, um zu sehen, ob dies eine Option für künftige Fahrzeuge wäre.
Ab wann war Ihr Auslieferungsfahrzeug wieder einsatzbereit?
Bereits am dritten Tage konnten wir unser Fahrzeug wieder wie gewohnt einsetzen.
Hatten Sie in der Vergangenheit mit der herkömmlichen Verladetechnik Probleme? Falls ja, welche waren diese?
Besonders der hohe Verbrauch an Antirutschmatten war sehr problematisch.
Konnten Sie Veränderungen in Ihrem Arbeitsablauf mit KEMPERDUR LASI feststellen?
Besonders das schnellere Verladen war für uns eine große Erleichterung. Dazu zählt auch, dass ohne das Anbringen von Antirutschmatten das Auf- und Absteigen entfällt.
Welche Vorteile ergaben sich durch den Einsatz von KEMPERDUR LASI?
Man benötigt keine Antirutschmatten mehr, was den Ladevorgang erheblich beschleunigt. Zeit, die man an anderer Stelle gut gebrauchen kann. Außerdem sitzt die Ware absolut sicher, ein Verschieben einer Palette von Hand ist ausgeschlossen.
Würden Sie KEMPERDUR LASI weiterempfehlen?
Ja, besonders bei der beidseitigen Stapler Be- und Entladung oder bei einem Kraneinsatz ist das Produkt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
Wie ist Ihr Fazit zu diesem Produkt?
KEMPERDUR LASI eignet sich perfekt zur Unterstützung der Ladungssicherung und ich würde dies gern in Zukunft bei jedem Fahrzeug einsetzen.
